Elise studied medicine at Monash University, graduating in 1994 . After graduation she did various rotations through hospitals including Dandenong Hospital, Sandringham Hospital and The Royal Children’s Hospital to gain experience in the various disciplines of emergency medicine, general medicine , surgery, obstetrics & gynaecology, paediatrics etc.
She joined WoW in 1998 as the first registrar of the practice and has stayed on ever since!
She is interested in all areas of general practice including women’s health, paediatrics and chronic disease management. Elise is able to assist with most minor procedures including skin lesions and contraceptive implants. She is also accredited to provide shared antenatal care with Monash Health.
Having spent her early childhood years in Hong Kong, she speaks fluent Cantonese and can manage a reasonable degree of Mandarin.
Outside of medicine she enjoys music, travelling and spending time with her family.
She is married with two daughters. Elise consults each weekday except Tuesday.
